Based in Sol Central in Northampton, BST is a purpose built mixed martial art and fitness centre. Our aim is to have world class coaches in a world class facility available at the most affordable price. Downstairs we have a full gym environment. Plenty of equipment to ensure you can complete a successful workout and plenty of advice available form our staff. Upstairs we have 1500sqft of dollamur training mats with padded walls and a large cage wall section. This is the perfect area for training standing and ground based martial arts systems. We have a large punch bag zone with 12 punch bags. There is a 26ft octagon and a full size boxing ring. We hope to bring martial arts to the main stream and share the professional approach to fitness that martial artist have with everyone.
